মস্করা নয়, চাঁদ সত্যি ছোট হয়ে যাচ্ছে৷ মার্কিন মহাকাশ সংস্থা নাসা’র বিজ্ঞানীরা মাপজোক করে এই চাঞ্চল্যকর তথ্য জানতে পেরেছেন৷ চাঁদের আয়তনের এই পরিবর্তন আচমকা ঘটছে না – বহুকাল ধরেই নাকি ঘটে চলেছে৷ তবে সম্প্রতি যেন এই পরিবর্তনের গতি কিছুটা বেড়ে গেছে৷ আসলে জন্মের পর থেকে চাঁদের তাপমাত্রা কমে চলেছে৷ শীতে চাঁদ কুঁকড়ে যাচ্ছে৷ প্রথমে বিজ্ঞানীরা মনে করতেন, যে চাঁদের ভূ-তাত্ত্বিক কার্যকলাপ বহুকাল আগেই বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে৷ কোটি কোটি বছর আগে যা হয়েছিল, তার পর নতুন করে আর কিছু ঘটছে না৷ কিন্তু বাস্তবে চাঁদ আজও সক্রিয় রয়েছে৷

বুদ্ধিজীবী শব্দটির অর্থ নির্ণয় করা বেশ কঠিন। শব্দটির ব্যবহার শুরু হয়েছে উনিশ শতকের শেষের দিকে। প্রাসঙ্গিক উদ্দেশ্যের কারণেই এখানে প্রত্যেক সংস্কৃতিবান বা প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত ব্যক্তিকে বুদ্ধিজীবী হিসাবে সংজ্ঞায়িত করার প্রস্তাব রাখা হচ্ছে না বরং এটিকে আরবীতে আল-মুফাকিরুন এর মধ্যে দৃঢ়ভাবে সীমাবদ্ধ করে রাখার পক্ষে অবস্থান নিচ্ছে বর্তমান আলোচনা। যার অর্থ হলো বিশ্লেষণাত্বক মন ও মনন এর অধিকারী যিনি তার বাগ্মিতা বা ভাষণ অথবা লেখা প্রকাশনার মাধ্যেম কোন মতামত বিনিময়ের ক্ষেত্রে নেতৃত্ব দিতে সক্ষম এবং এভাবে যোগাযোগ তার দক্ষতা প্রমাণ করে, শুধু ঘরে বসে চিন্তা ও সমালোচনায় নিজেকে আবদ্ধ করে রাখে না। কিন্তু আসলেই কি নাস্তিক দাবিদার এ ধরণের ব্যক্তির কোন উদাহরণ আমাদের সামনে আছে? এ কথাতো সবারই জানা যে, ইউরোপ এমনকি কামাল তুর্কীর এলিট সম্প্রদায়ও এই দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি লালন করেন যে, স্রষ্টার প্রতি বিশ্বাস বা আন্তরিকতা এবং বুদ্ধিমান হওযার মধ্যে একটি পারষ্পরিক বিরোধ আছে। সহজভাবে বলতে গেলে তারা মনে করেন যিনি ধর্মে বা স্রষ্টায় বিশ্বাস রাখেন তার মাথায় কোন বুদ্ধি নেই। আবার বুদ্ধিমান ব্যক্তিমাত্রই আল্লাহকে বা ধর্মকে অবিশ্বাস করেন না।

Five years ago, I wrote a column about the unknown Holocaust in Ukraine. I was shocked to receive a flood of mail from young Americans and Canadians of Ukrainian descent telling me that until they read my article, they knew nothing of the 1932–33 genocide in which Stalin’s regime murdered 7 million Ukrainians and sent 2 million to concentration camps. How, I wondered, could such historical amnesia afflict so many young North-American Ukrainians? For Jews and Armenians, the genocides their people suffered are vivid, living memories that influence their daily lives. Yet today, on the 70th anniversary of the destruction of a quarter of Ukraine’s population, this titanic crime has almost vanished into history’s black hole.

How reptiles, as land-dwelling creatures, ever came to fly, is an issue which has stirred up considerable speculation among evolutionists. There are two main theories. The first argues that the ancestors of birds descended to the ground from the trees. As a result, these ancestors are alleged to be reptiles that lived in the treetops and came to possess wings gradually as they jumped from one branch to another. This is known as the arboreal theory. The other, the cursorial (or “running”) theory, suggests that birds progressed to the air from the land.

পৃথিবীর অনেকগুলো দেশকে দীর্ঘ সময় শাসন করেছিলেন এইসব শাসকেরা। কী দিয়েছেন তারা পৃথিবীকে? মিলিয়ন মিলিয়ন মানুষ মারা পড়েছে এদের হাতে, মানবাধিকার হয়েছে লংঘিত। এদেশগুলোর অর্থনীতি স্থবির হয়ে পড়েছিল। দেশগুলো বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে পড়েছিল বহির্বিশ্ব থেকে। ঠান্ডা স্নায়ু যুদ্ধে বিভক্ত হয়ে পড়েছিল পৃথিবী। একটি কাজ তারা ভালমতেই সেরেছেন, তা হল দেশগুলো থেকে ধর্মকে বিতাড়িত করা। মংগোলিয়ায় লামাবাদ বা লামাইজমকে একেবারেই মুছে দেয়া হয়েছিল। বুদ্ধের সেক্যুলার ধর্মও তাদের মনঃপুত হয়নি। স্তালিনের সাগরেদ মংগোলিয়া একনায়কের হাতে মারা পড়েছিল ৩০ থেকে ৩৫ হাজার মানুষ। খোদ স্তালিনের হাতে কত লক্ষ মানুষ মারা পড়েছে বা সাইবেরিয়ায় নির্বাসিত হয়েছিল, পৃথিবী প্রথম জানতে পারে সদ্য প্রয়াত লেখক আলেক্সান্ডার সোলজনৎস্কির লেখা থেকে। চীনের বিরুদ্ধে এখনো মানবাধিকার লংঘন কিংবা বাকস্বাধীনতা হরণের অভিযোগ করা হয়।

Darwin was not without his critics. In his book, Darwinism: The Refutation of a Myth, Soren Lovtrup points out that “some critics turned against Darwin’s teachings for religious reasons, but they were a minority; most of his opponents … argued on a completely scientific basis.” He goes on to explain:

“…the reasons for rejecting Darwin’s proposal were many, but first of all that many innovations cannot possibly come into existence through accumulation of many small steps, and even if they can, natural selection cannot accomplish it, because incipient and intermediate stages are not advantageous.” [Lovtrup, S. In Part-I, we began our review of a recently published book that has been getting rave reviews from prominent evolutionists. We gave a general overview, observing that the predominant theme is basically that evolution must be true because Christianity is false. That, of course, is as logically invalid as saying that Buddhism is true because Christianity is false. In the course of making his argument, he distorts the creationist position in an attempt to prove Christianity is false. In this part, we are going to examine the specific arguments Jerry Coyne presents in favor of evolution.

Evolutionists have finally published an explanation of why evolution must be true. In this part, we are going to give you an overview of Jerry Coyne’s book on “Why Evolution is True”, intentionally ignoring the details. In the next part, we will examine the alleged evidence in favor of evolution presented in the book. But, as has already been stipulated, evidence doesn’t matter to evolutionists. They are more concerned with social ramifications, and that’s primarily what Coyne’s book is about.

The Reason

The title of the book is, “Why Evolution is True,” so one might legitimately wonder, “What is the reason evolution must be true?” Suppose you assigned every student in a high school biology class to read this book and, in just one sentence, tell why (according to Coyne) the theory of evolution must be true. That would be an interesting experiment. Here’s how we predict nearly every student would answer: “Evolution is true because creationism is false.”

Here are quaint little stories that only tiny tots should find of interest. But, surprisingly, evolutionary theorists love them too!

Fairy Tales For Big People

“Rudyard Kipling, in addition to his journalism, adventure stories, and chronicling of the British Raj in India, is remembered for a series of charming children’s tales about the origins of animals. The Just-So Stories (1902) are fanciful explanations of how the camel got his hump (rolling around in lumpy sand dunes). Modeled on the folktales of tribal peoples, they express humor, morality, or are whimsy in ‘explaining’ how various animals gained their special characteristics.

Microevolution is the process that is responsible for the many variations of some species of living things, such as dogs and finches. Macroevolution is the mythical process by which one kind of creature, such as a reptile, turns into another kind, such as a bird. It is argued by evolutionists that given enough time, the small changes caused by microevolution can add up to big enough changes to create entirely new species. Although this argument may seem reasonable on the surface, closer examination shows that it must be false. When Darwin was on the Galapagos Islands, he correctly observed that some finches, which had been separated from other finches of the same species, had acquired distinctive characteristics (unusual beaks or feathers). He correctly concluded that these birds had evolved, in a particular sense of the word. They truly had undergone microevolution. Let’s see how microevolution works.

Irreducible complexity—Biochemists and microbiologists have discovered that the various components of every living creature in the world are so complicated and interrelated, that it could not function without every one of them. There is no way that some of the parts could have been added later.

Instantaneous complexity—Each entire living creature had to be totally assembled instantly, in order for it to begin living. If this was not done, parts would decay before other parts were made. All aspects had to be there together, all at once.

According to research findings published in the journal Evolutionary Biology, it has now been announced that the appendix, described by Darwin as an organ that had become vestigial during the evolutionary process, in fact performs important functions and Darwin made that suggestion based on ignorance and a lack of scientific knowledge. Darwin imagined that the appendix had no function in the body. He therefore claimed that it was an evolutionary remnant since the organ had not been used in the process of evolution. Yet contemporary scientists have now refuted this claim of Darwin’s.

Darwinists come up with a sensational claim to deceive public, and when it comes out that it is fake, they remain utterly silent about it and seek another hoax. Here are some of the sensations and confessions of forgery in Darwinists’ own words:

Celal Şengör has claimed that 40,000 species disappear every year and that 1,000 new species evolve to replace them. But the idea that new species evolve is an invalid one. It is true that new species are discovered every year. There may be two explanations of this:

• Newly discovered species may be one that already exist but have never been encountered before. Indeed, the regions where such species are discovered are arid lands, distant oceans or the sea bed, where no research has been conducted before. These species that emerge as new research is performed, are very probably ones that have been around for years but that no one has come across before.

Mutations are dislocations, breaks and impairments as a result of radiation of chemical effects in the DNA molecule in the nucleus of the living cell and that carries all the information about a human being. The information in DNA is set out by 4 separate nucleotides, symbolized by the letters A, T, C and G, laid out in a special and significant sequence. But an error in a single letter in that sequence will damage the entire structure. The leukemia observed in children appears because one of the letters in the DNA is incorrect. The reason for diseases such as cancer appearing or subsequent generations being deformed as a result of the radiation leakage in Chernobyl of the atom bomb dropped over Hiroshima is harmful effects of this kind caused by mutations in people’s bodies.

Darwinism is the worst mass deception in the history of the world. This false theory, launched with a false use of science, is supported by not a single piece of scientific evidence. But this deception has still been disseminated across the world, using false fossils and intense demagoguery, and has entered school books and is taught as a compulsory course in universities. Propaganda for this deception has been carried in the world’s best-known scientific journals and other publications, as if it were an established fact. This is a result of the systematic activity of the Darwinist dictatorship that has ruled the world for the last 150 years. The Darwinist dictatorship uses this technique to wear people down:

The theory of evolution maintains, on the basis of no scientific foundation whatsoever, that at a time when there was still no life on Earth, inanimate substances came together to give rise to the first living organism. According to this evolutionist claim, the first living organism must have had a sufficiently simple structure to have been able to form by chance. The fact is, however, that Darwinists ARE UNABLE TO ACCOUNT FOR HOW EVEN A SINGLE PROTEIN EMERGED.

A report emphasized in Darwinist publications of late has entered the mainstream agenda. One part of an artificially manufactured DNA molecule was transferred to the nucleus of another cell and this DNA was observed to function within the cell. This subject, carried under misleading captions such as “synthetic genome brings new life to bacterium” and “creation of a bacterial cell” in various Darwinist publications has been made the tool of Darwinist speculation. Certain publications such as the Financial Times have even claimed that evolutionists have realized their endless dreams regarding creating life out of nothing. The fact is that the research in question represents no reply to the question of how life began, which Darwinists can never answer. On the contrary, this study is significant proof of the complexity of the DNA in the cell.
